Please help me!!!

I'm a farm association manager and I want to be a scholar, I have the dissmissal agent disguise and it's the end of the work year. However, whenever I try to wear the dismissal agent disguise it always says "As you have a position of responsibility, you cannot use the Dissmissal Agent Disguise" WHAT DO I DO?!?

I don't think that you can switch, because you are a high ranking farmer. My suggestion would be to not attend any of the normal farming activities, this way you might be demoted to a level where you can become a normal citizen again or you will be fired.
