Miara is the woman who runs the library. She gives you some quests and she is the person who makes you a citizen.
Unlike most people in the kingdom, she can't die and her age is always displayed as unknown. She also cannot be married and never leaves the Library, meaning she can always be found wandering the library room.

- Her name has mistakenly been called Miala on multiple occasions.
- Despite being able to talk to her, she will always be displayed as an acquaintance and may not be befriended.
- She is in every Initial State.
